Substance Abuse Therapist
We are always looking for the best and brightest talent in the counseling field. This is a very rewarding position for the right candidate.
The right Behavioral Health Professional will be responsible for leading group workshops on addiction, conducting weekly one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, updating client files/administrative paperwork for approx 10-15 clients, and providing weekly phone/e-mail updates to clients' family/friends addressing the clients' progress.
Our company is currently expanding, so this can be a fast paced position. Below is a brief description of the skills/knowledge we are looking for:
Previous experience in a treatment center setting, as a BHT or BHP
(Behavioral Health Technician/Professional)
Arizona License (LISAC, LSAC, LAC, LCSW) or CADC or MASW preferred
Strong Organizational, Time Management and Communication Skills a must
Personal Experience in Addiction a plus
Completing necessary paperwork on time, providing insurance/probation updates, meeting deadlines and attending weekly clinical supervision meeting is a required

House Managers (For Male and Female Houses)
At any given time, we’re looking for super motivational individuals who have overcome addiction themselves and have a strong desire to “give back”, as a one of our house managers.
This is a live-in, salaried position, so your schedule MUST be flexible. Male candidates will live "on site" alongside recovering men and female candidates would reside at the women’s house. Minimum 2 yrs clean and sober (via a 12-step program) preferred. Experience working with alcoholics and addicts a MUST. Extensive knowledge of the AA/NA programs required. Some college preferred. This is a very rewarding position for the right candidate, as you are a part of the lives of both younger and older men/women attempting turn their lives around and lead a clean and sober life.
Candidates must have strong organizational, time management, money management and communication. Some college preferred, but high school diploma or GED will be considered for the right candidate with experience. Clean driving record a must.

Office Support Staff

Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general Web Navigation/Research skills
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to effectively multi-task
